Job Title: Steel Painter

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:20 PM (45 hours per week)

Position Summary:
Egger Steel Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Steel Painter to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing and applying coatings to structural steel components in accordance with company standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare steel surfaces for painting in accordance with project specifications
• Apply paint and protective coatings using appropriate tools and techniques
• Operate and maintain painting equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a painter in an industrial setting required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Compensation:

• $23.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
